Bio
Mohamed brings over 39 years of experience in accounting, auditing, advisory, and corporate finance. He joined Moore Egypt in 2011 as Senior Business Advisory Partner and played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the firm’s advisory practice.
He began his career at a Big Four firm, where he gained deep technical and managerial experience across multiple industries. Today, he leads Moore Egypt’s Business Advisory and Corporate Finance divisions, overseeing engagements in financial restructuring, feasibility studies, valuations, due diligence, and strategic consulting.
Mohamed also serves as an Independent Financial Advisor for several companies across various sectors and is licensed by the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority to hold such positions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ain Shams University, is a Fellow of the Egyptian Society for Taxation, and a Member of the Arab Management Association.
