Mohamed is an Audit Partner with over 44 years of experience in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. He has deep technical expertise in Egyptian Accounting Standards and has advised numerous multinational clients on compliance, reporting, and regulatory matters.
His experience includes capital increases, general assembly preparations, liquidations, legal structure transformations, and company formations. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ain Shams University and is a Fellow of the Egyptian Society for Taxation.
