Sherin is the Founder and Managing Partner of Moore Egypt, bringing over 44 years of distinguished experience across Egypt and the United Kingdom. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as one of the region’s most trusted advisors in accounting, auditing, advisory, and corporate finance.
Sherin has led complex engagements for major corporations, including IFRS conversions, tax structuring, cash flow optimization, capital raising, feasibility studies, business valuations, and both buy and sell side due diligence. His advisory work spans equity offerings, restructuring, and M&A transactions across diverse industries.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University, is a Fellow of the Egyptian Society for Taxation, and a Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (USA). Sherin’s leadership continues to shape Moore Egypt’s strategic direction and its commitment to global standard professional excellence.
