Hossam is an Audit Partner with over 37 years of experience across MENA, South Asia, and the UK. Since beginning his career in 1988, he has developed deep expertise in audit, accounting, and business advisory for multinational and large‑scale clients.
He has advised on Egyptian Accounting Standards, corporate restructuring, capital increases, liquidations, and general assembly preparations. Hossam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Cairo University and a Master of Finance from the University of Birmingham (UK). He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, a Member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants & Auditors, and a graduate of the INSEAD Executive Leadership Program
