Bio
Beshir brings over 14 years of international experience across Egypt, Australia, and the United Kingdom. After a one‑year secondment at Moore Stephens London LLP, he returned to Moore Egypt in 2017 and has since been instrumental in expanding the firm’s business support outsourcing services.
His expertise spans statutory audits, tax advisory, accounting, payroll outsourcing, and business advisory. Beshir has led numerous due diligence assignments, designed tailored agreed‑upon procedures, and managed public‑sector engagements including expenditure verifications and NGO audits for global donors.
He holds a B.Com in Accountancy from the University of Wollongong and an MSc in Professional Accountancy from University College London. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants (Australia) and the Association of Financial Accountants (UK), and a Member of ACCA (UK) and the Egyptian Society of Accounting & Auditors (ESAA).
